We are happy to accept your return without it being used for a full refund within 14 days of you receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Customers would be responsible for the full return postage cost.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee which means you will only receive the full refund if we receive the return within the 14 days of ordering. We will not refund any orders that are outside of this period.
All products are tested, double, triple checked before we pack and send them off to you. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us with images if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once we receive the returned item we will review the products before we reimburse. If the product is outside of our return period and is not faulty, we will return it to you. We will be unable to cover the return postage cost.
